By booking Levels Mobile Cigar Lounge (LMCL), you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. Services are provided at the discretion of the organizers, and the booking party must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by LMCL.
All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Valid identification is required for entry.
Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and orderly. Levels Mobile Cigar Lounge reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.
Our services cater to smoking-friendly events. Attendees acknowledge the risks associated with smoking and are responsible for their actions and health.
The booking party and attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Levels Mobile Cigar Lounge are not liable for any lost, stolen, and damaged items.
By booking our services, you consent to attendees being photographed and recorded. Levels Mobile Cigar Lounge reserves the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes.
Deposits are refundable if requested at least five business days prior to the scheduled event. No exceptions. Refund requests made less than five business days before the event will not be honored.
Contact us at Levelsmobilecigarlounge@gmail.com with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
If canceled by Levels Mobile Cigar Lounge, the booking party will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Booking and participation are at your own risk. Levels Mobile Cigar Lounge, LLC are not responsible for any injuries, damage, or losses during the event.
You release, waive, and discharge Levels Mobile Cigar Lounge, LLC, their owners, employees, and affiliates from and liability, claims, or actions for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levels Mobile Cigar Lounge, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney’s fee, arising from the event or violation of these terms and conditions.
